Kendall Pilcher
Founder
Kendall began caregiving at 13 in her St. Louis neighborhood. By 17, she was nannying full-time each summer—a commitment she continued through medical school.
After moving to Columbia in 2018, Kendall became a trusted caregiver for local physicians and saw how hard it could be to find reliable childcare. Over time, she and a small group of trusted friends built an informal network that has supported more than a dozen physician families.
That network grew into Med Student On Call Care: a private community connecting healthcare families with caregivers we know, trust, and confidently stand behind.
Olivia helps shape the vision and growth of Med Student On Call Care, building a community rooted in trust. She focuses on strengthening our network and making dependable child care more accessible to healthcare professionals.
